We’re Changing the Way We Connect

To foster an association of Black Interdisciplinary Health Professional Students in the Philadelphia area. With the goal of cultivating unity, celebrating scholarship, providing mentorship and standing as leaders amongst our same marginalized community.

The Value of Unity

Philly Student Doctors aims to host community centered events that allow for students from all minorities from all professional schools in the region to join to participate and network with students who they may not have a chance to interact with due to their different professional program.

Crucial Mentorship

We strive to provide mentorship with each other by allowing for access to students at a higher class or even based on a different system at another institution.

Fundraising & Scholarships

Our goal is to provide an avenue for growth and connectivity and do so through building key relations with the administration of each institution involved and having aspiring pre-professional students feel empowered to take the next step with the financial help and mentorship provided for each program.

There are many students who we haven't reached

A big challenge in being in a professional school is time and time management. Matching schedules and finding time to connect with organizations and events can be difficult but we aim to keep reaching more students and finding ways to connect as many as possible.
